Zesty Lemon Recipe: Bite-sized Lemon Bars

We're back with Zesty Lemon Recipe #2 🍋 - Lemon Bar.

An incredibly easy recipe with lemony filling and a crunchy crust.

Recipe guide:
1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C.

2. Whisk together softened butter, flour, 1/2 cup of sugar in a stand mixer.

3. Transfer your mix into an ungreased pan and press it down and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Whisk together remaining sugar, all-purpose flour, eggs, and lemon juice.

5. Pour into the baked crust and bake for another 20 minutes.

6. Let them cool and cut into mini squares for serving.
