When can i expect my order to arrive?
We will ship out your order within 2 working days. Then Courier service will deliver to you within 2 working days as well. :)

Can I self collect?
Yes you can. *Kindly Live chat or drop us a message for us, so we can prepare it for you accordingly. We will arrange the collection and will INFORM you when is ready to be pick up. Our outlets are at within Klang Valley area. You may visit us at SS2 PJ, Starling Mall, Kepong, Empire Shopping Gallery, Bangsar Shopping Centre, and EkoCheras Mall.
I need the item now urgently! Can I purchase it at your outlet?
Yes you may 😊.Our outlet is within Klang Valley- PJ SS2, Kepong, Bangsar Shopping Centre, The Starling Mall, Empire Shopping Gallery, EkoCheras Mall.
Business Hour: 10am - 7pm *SS2 outlet closed on every Sunday.

PAYMENT
I would like to pay with installments. May I know what plan you have?
We accept Public Bank for installment plans up to 24 months or Maybank credit card for installment plans up to 12 months.
Do I need to wait installment payment fully paid only send out the order?
No need, after bank verified and approved your installment payment transaction, we will send out your order accordingly. There is no need to wait until installment payment fully paid in cycle.
Which Payment method can I use?
At the moment, We accept any VISA, Master and Amex Credit Card. On top of that we also accept Boost, GrabPay, Maybank QR Pay, MCash, NETS, Shopee Pay and Touch & Go.

Do you provide installation?
We can arrange Installation for you if you are located within Klang Valley Area. However installation charges will be charge accordingly by installer.
