Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges within the initial 7 days following your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund nor exchange.

Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: It must be in the complete original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: a receipt or proof of purchase.

Regular Priced Items Only: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
